YOU KNOW YOUR STUFF. NOW WHAT?
I've been there
You have the expertise, the credibility, and probably an audience that already trusts you.
You know your knowledge can transform people’s lives.
What you don’t have is clarity on what to build, which format makes sense, and how to get it to market without wasting months going in the wrong direction.
And even if you knew exactly what to build, the systems and tech stack needed to market and deliver it are not something you want to figure out alone.
That’s exactly where I come in.
ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL
there are many ways to package your knowledge
Most experts assume they need to build an online course.
Sometimes that is the right choice.
But there is a whole spectrum of knowledge products available, from a simple digital download or tiny offer all the way to a full membership or hybrid coaching program.
The right knowledge product depends on your audience, your expertise, your time, and the transformation you want to deliver.
That is exactly what we figure out together before we build anything.
THE EXPERT BEHIND THE EXPERT
so you can focus on what you do best
You bring the knowledge. I bring the strategy, the systems, and the launch plan. We work together to get your knowledge product to market, and we share in the results. That shared stake is not incidental. It means I am as committed to the success of your knowledge product as you are.
What you deliver to your audience is always yours. I work behind the scenes so you can keep doing what you do best.
HOW WE HELP
we meet you where you are
COURSE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Our Course Business Development Program is not a standard program.
We work with our 9-step framework, but we don’t believe in standard solutions for unique clients. Which is why we meet you where you are.
Depending on where you are in your course business journey and where you want to go, we will advise you on the program we think is right for you. We will attach a price card and ideal time frame to our proposal.
Let’s explain how this works in practice by giving some examples.
Entrepreneur A is an established coach and wants to add online courses to his business because he wants to offer his expertise to people who cannot afford his 1-on-1 coaching. His brand is established and the strategic foundations of his business are in place. We will do a quick audit of what is already there to check that the course business fits within these strategic foundations.
Miss Z is a successful professional. She is a project management specialist and dreams of starting her own course business on that topic. She has no experience in running a business and needs to set up everything from scratch. With her we’ll workshop through the complete 9-step framework.
And of course many other variations are possible as well. Just book a discovery call at the bottom of this page to explore how we can help.

THE 9-STEP FLUKS FRAMEWORK
a structured and proven approach to
START WITH YOU
Together we look at where you are coming from; knowledge, competencies, values, and vision. The whole shebang.
YOUR AUDIENCE
Then we work on your audience. Who are they? Which problem will you solve for them? What are their dreams and desires?
IDENTIFYING TOPICS
Which topics could you teach based on your knowledge and expertise that are relevant to your audience? Is there competition?
VALUE LADDER FIT
How do potential courses fit into a current or future value ladder? How do existing or future services relate to the course?
FRAMEWORK & CHANNELS
Which framework will you be teaching? What are your distribution channel options, and what is your teaching or delivery method?
YOUR POSITIONING
What is the best way to position your course and business? And how should we position your brand? Different things. All important.
COURSE CONTENT
In this step, we determine what is needed in course content and how this content should be created.
COURSE DELIVERY
Decisions need to be made here on what the exact delivery method should be. This is also important to know the tech stack requirements.
COURSE OFFER
In the last step, we determine how the course will be offered to the audience. Think pricing, bonuses, guarantees, etcetera.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
let's find out
You are a good fit if:
- You are a genuine expert with proven knowledge, your own approach, or a framework you have developed.
- You have gone through the transformation yourself or have helped others in a 1-to-1 situation.
- You create content around your topic and have an engaged following of at least 5K.
- You are ready to make the move from 1-to-1 to 1-to-many.
- You currently earn through sponsored deals or affiliate marketing and want to add a knowledge product as an additional income stream.
- You are looking for a partner, not a supplier.
- You are committed, open, and ready to do the work that is yours to do.
Does this sound like you? Let’s talk.
THIS IS NOT THEORY
I've practiced what I preach
I know this world from the inside. The successes, the failures, and everything in between.
In 2012, I launched my first knowledge product.
It bombed.
Spectacularly.
But you learn more from your mistakes than from the things you did right. That humbling experience set me on a path of figuring out exactly what works and what doesn’t.
Before that, I spent over a decade as an interim manager and consultant running large-scale marketing and branding projects for major Dutch organizations, including PostNL, Nuon, and Scoot.
I studied Business Administration at Nyenrode University, hold a Master’s in Strategic Marketing Management from TIAS Business School, and taught marketing at universities in the Netherlands and Spain. I have studied Instructional Design extensively and completed a Design Thinking course developed by MIT professor Eppinger.
In 2019, I repositioned my agency as Fluks, a Knowledge Commerce Agency. After years of working with experts who were essentially selling their knowledge one-on-one, I saw the pattern. Helping them build a one-to-many knowledge product is where my skills, experience, and enthusiasm converge.
Most advisors go deep in one direction. I went wide. And that makes all the difference.
STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?
Almost certainly yes.
If you have genuine expertise, an approach or framework of your own, and an audience that trusts you, there is a knowledge product in there.
I have worked with topics ranging from naturopathic palliative cancer care for medical professionals to personal leadership, and from female intimacy to religion.
Yes.
Not every knowledge product requires you to teach in a traditional sense. I will help you find the format that suits you best. And if you do want to build a pre-recorded course in the future, I will help you structure it according to proven instructional design principles so it actually delivers the transformation you promise.
A wide range. From a simple digital download or tiny offer to a mini course, a challenge, a membership, or a hybrid coaching program. The right format depends on your audience, your expertise, and your goals. Finding that fit is one of the first things we do together.
In most cases there is no upfront investment. I work on a revenue split basis, which means we share in the results together. The exact terms depend on the knowledge product and the scope of the collaboration. We agree on everything before we start.
That depends entirely on the knowledge product. Some products can be launched within weeks. Others take longer. We agree on a realistic timeline upfront and I will hold us both to it. A knowledge product that never launches helps nobody.
An existing and engaged audience is a requirement for the partnership model. Without it, a launch has no runway. If you are still building your audience, I am happy to point you in the right direction and revisit when the time is right.
Yes.
Whether you want to refine what you have, reposition it, or relaunch it to a new audience, that is absolutely something we can work on together.
You need to know who you are, who you serve, and what you stand for. If that clarity is not yet there, it is something we address before we build anything else. It does affect the scope and therefore the terms of the collaboration. Logo design and visual identity are not included. If you need those, I can point you to the right people.
I work on strategy, systems, and launch. That includes knowledge product strategy, delivery infrastructure, tech stack, marketing systems, and launch planning. What is not included is content creation. The videos, the reels, the live sessions, and the written content are yours to deliver. I will give you the frameworks and scripts to make that as easy as possible.
This is a true partnership. I build the infrastructure, but I need your knowledge, your input, and your content to make it work. Plan to be actively involved, especially in the early stages.
We evaluate, learn from what happened, and relaunch. Launches can be improved and optimized. The split remains as agreed. What changes is our approach.
I work in English and Dutch. All standard documentation and processes are in English.
STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?
The Course Business Development Program is specifically for people who have not been an entrepreneur before. We look at the complete foundation of the business and the curriculum, delivery, and offer of one course.
The Course Offer Design Intensive is for entrepreneurs who have been in business for some time and want to add courses to their business. During this intensive the focus is solely on one particular course, its curriculum, delivery, and offer.
As a result the Course Business Development Program is 3 sessions and the Intensive is 1 session.
With each option you will be able to ask questions pertaining to the sessions, via email in the 30 days after the (last) session.
The 3-session 1-on-1 program has a price tag of $3000.
The Course Business Development Program consists of 3 sessions.
If you are prepared to buckle down and do the work, then we can do it in 3 weeks. The other option is to do it in 6 weeks.
We do not do longer because you have to keep up momentum.
It really depends on where you are in your course business journey.
Be prepared to spend up to 4 hours outside of each workshop session.
If you are just starting this whole process and have not given it much thought, be prepared to spend up to 8 hours outside of each workshop session.
The Course Offer Design Intensive consists of the last three steps of our 9-step Fluks Framework: Course Curriculum, Course Delivery, and Course Offer.
Before the Intensive you fill out an elaborate questionnaire which will help us to prepare.
During the Intensive we will shape your complete course offer in detail, setting you up for success.

The Intensive has a price tag of $1500.
Pepita is planning to write a book about the Fluks Framework in 2023. We are considering a group program after the book has been published.
Yes we do.
For those of you who do not want to go through our 9-step Fluks Framework, we offer Pick My Brain Sessions.
We like to work with people who have true and proven knowledge or solutions to share and who are experts in their field.
We are truly interested in a broad variety of topics - from religion to female intimacy, and from job application skills to intuition development. Our only requirement is that you run an ethical business.
As a large part of our working day is spent working we want to have fun doing so. We like to get to know our clients in a personal way, share some small talk before diving into business, and have a good laugh on a regular basis. Jerks are not allowed! 😉
We are located in The Netherlands, in the Central European Timezone.
To not spread ourselves too thin timezone wise, we take on clients from European and American timezones.
We are fluent in English and Dutch, but focus on clients who do business in the English language.
If you are conscious of our time and yours and have a question first before booking a call, please email us to ask your question. Due to a difference in timezone, it may take us up to 2 working days to answer your question. But we will always answer.
